The proper way for government to work is for the legislature to pass something and have the governor sign it. The purpose of the judiciary is not to make law, but to interpret law. So just like the State Supreme Court in Cali just made up this law that gays can marry, this judge just follows right back in those footsteps and just throws a middle finger right in the face of the people that make up that state.
